Chun Xia-Bauer is a project coordinator at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy in Germany. She has been working over 10 years in the field of environmental governance, sustainable low carbon city development, and building energy efficiency. Dr. Xia-Bauer has been leading various international cooperation projects with special focus on Asian countries funded by the German government, the European Commission, private foundations, multilateral development banks, the German Research Council, and the government of the People's Republic of China. Dr.
