Dr. Poonnatree Jiaviriyaboonya is an accomplished academic with a focus on Anthropology. She currently holds the position of Assistant Professor and Lecturer at the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University.

Dr. Kevin Chen is Qiushi Chair Professor of the School of Public Affairs at Zhejiang University and International Dean of the China Academy for Rural Development (CARD). He is also a co-founder of the Rural Development Foundation and a Senior Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute. He is editor-in-chief of the International Food and Agribusiness Management Review and co-editor of the China Agricultural Economic Review.
