With a specialization in public health and economics, she has dedicated her career to researching, implementing, and advocating evidence-based strategies to address pressing public health challenges. She has led the ADB portfolio in designing and implementing public health interventions across all levels of governance.

John Lewis is a senior Health Information Systems (HIS) expert and one of the longest-standing DHIS2 implementers globally, with over two decades of experience advancing digital health systems across Asia, Africa, and the Pacific. Born on 19 June 1980, he holds a PhD in Health Information Systems (2011) and a Master’s degree in Informatics with a specialization in GIS (2005), both from the University of Oslo.

Lee Seng Beo is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in designing and building complex Information Communication Systems for the Defence, Banking, and Telecommunications industries. His diverse career spans roles from developing software for Command and Control systems to being a Regional Technical Director for Sybase. As a successful founder, he established and sold a professional training company, Info Trek Sdn Bhd, and a Satellite Communications company, before founding Taggle Pte Ltd in 2014.

Gene C. De Guzman is the Country Manager of Bot MD Philippines and the Regional Head of Customer Success for Asia-Pacific, leading the implementation of AI-enabled health technology solutions across the region. With a career spanning entrepreneurship, government service, and IT project leadership, he brings extensive experience in business operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Gene previously founded a seafood wholesale enterprise supporting small fishing communities, served as Head Executive Assistant to the Secretary of Education, and managed international IT teams.

Mr. Tashi Penjor is a Public Health expert with demonstrated experience in developing health policy, grant proposal development, resource mobilization, and project management.  He has experience designing monitoring and evaluation systems within the overall framework of strategic planning over a period of 15 years in health and disaster management.

Baykham Khattiya is an experienced Lao government official currently serving as the Minister of Health. With over 25 years in public service, she has held several key leadership roles, including Minister and Vice Minister of Labour and Social Welfare and Member of Parliament. Her career reflects strong expertise in social policy, public health, and international cooperation.
