Kiyoshi is the Principal Urban Development Specialist for the Urban Development and Water Division of the Central and West Asia Department in ADB. He has more than 20 years of professional experience across Asia and Africa primarily in urban development, water and environmental sanitation, social sector, and governance.

Ram is the Project Director for the Urban Water Supply and Sanitation (Sector) Project with the Department of Water Supply and Sewerage Management under the Ministry of Water Supply in Nepal. The country is currently undertaking a significant program to upgrade and expand its water and sanitation services. For example, in 2016, only 34% of urban households have septic tanks and only 15% have sewer connections. Overall, municipalities lack funds and skilled personnel to provide cost-effective services.

Wendy Walker is the Chief of the Social Development Thematic Group at the Asian Development Bank. She has more than 25 years of professional experience in social development and social protection. She has led multi-sector teams for designing and implementing complex and innovative projects and has worked across diverse sectors. She currently co-leads the implementation of ADB Strategy 2030's operational priority on Addressing Remaining Poverty and Reducing Inequalities.
