Prior, he worked as the Project Team Leader (Designate) of Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation (Designate) Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Project LCG - Lao Consulting Group. He got his Bachelor and Master in Engineering from the University of Melbourne University of Melbourne. He also have a Master's Degree in Master of Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development from The Australian National University.
