Michael Beauchamp

Mike Beauchamp is ADB's Principal Social Development Specialist (Safeguards). Prior, he worked as the Project Team Leader (Designate) of Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation (Designate) Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Project LCG - Lao Consulting Group. 

He got his Bachelor and Master in Engineering from the University of Melbourne University of Melbourne. He also have a Master's Degree in Master of Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development from The Australian National University.

Ricardo Carlos Barba

Ricardo Barba is a Principal Safeguards Specialist for ADB’s South Asia Department. He has been with ADB since 1996, initially as a consultant and then as safeguards specialist based in headquarters and the Cambodia Resident Mission. In addition to safeguards, Mr. Barba’s assignments included processing and implementing ADB’s urban projects in Bhutan, Maldives, and Sri Lanka. 

At present, he leads safeguards implementation for the South Asia Department. Ricky has also processed and implemented urban development and housing projects in Bhutan, India, Maldives, and Sri Lanka.

Deepak Bahadur Singh

Deepak Bahadur Singh is the Senior Environment Officer in ADB’s Nepal Resident Mission. He leads the collaboration with the safeguard teams of the South Asia Regional Department in project processing and implementation. He was involved in environmental monitoring of development projects in Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. Mr. Singh has 30 years of experience as a hydropower and environment engineer in the government-owned Nepal Electricity Authority. He then joined SILT Consultants, a leading engineering consulting firm in Nepal, as its director. Mr.
