Andy is the Legal and Corporate Engagement Director at the EITI International Secretariat. He advises countries on development of institutional and legal frameworks to achieve EITI standards, particularly with regard to beneficial ownership and contract and revenue transparency. He also provides legal advice to countries and regional teams to support legal reforms and assists in drafting legislation related to extractives transparency.  Additionally, he engages with and develops corporate partners in the mining and oil and gas industries to advance EITI company expectations.
