Joseph (Joe) Ma is an urban planner with over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors gained in the UK, Hong Kong SAR, People's Republic of China, and other Asian countries. His extensive and myriad international experience covers strategic development and policy studies, large scale planning and development projects, new town and urban regeneration developments, railway, transportation, and infrastructure investments, as well as leisure, recreation, and tourism projects.

Stephane works as an Independent Consultant as Independent Consultant with XCS Mobility which provides services in business strategy and development, management of bids and projects, system engineering, operation services, system assurance, and safety cases.

Kazuaki Hiraishi joined the Mitsubishi Research Institute in 1984 after graduating from the University of Tokyo where he received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, majoring in regional planning.

Sandeepan Roy has a PhD in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay.
