Arndt manages communications and knowledge initiatives and associated knowledge products, capacity building initiatives, and stakeholder engagement for the South Asia Regional Department. He supports core functions, such as strategic programming, country partnership strategy oversight, quality assurance, and portfolio management. Arndt also advises senior management on the identification of strategic directions and priorities.
