Yee Ler Lau leads Tencent’s public affairs and policy work in Southeast Asia. He oversees the company’s engagements with governments and other partners on programmes and policy developments to promote the positive impact of technology on the economy and community. 

Prior to Tencent, Mr Lau spent eight years with the Singapore Foreign Service and worked on cross-cutting issues including foreign policy, economic partnerships, and security. He also served as a diplomat at the Singapore Embassy in Jakarta.

Cahyadi's professional life revolves around public affairs and government relations space. A political communicator by training, he possesses a rich and unique skillset thanks to exposure in multilateral fora, top government office, civil society, and private sector. He currently manages ADB's external relations and communications affairs in Indonesia.
