David Gallacher

David is a Corporate Member and Accredited Monitoring Professional of the HKIEIA, and a qualified ecologist with 14 years of professional and academic experience in the environmental sector.

He completed his postgraduate studies at The University of Hong Kong, where he developed a rapid biological assessment protocol to assess the ecological value of rivers and streams. When based at the Department of Ecology & Biodiversity at the University of Hong Kong, Dr. Gallacher was responsible for a government-funded study to devise a biomonitoring scheme for the Mai Po Ramsar site.

Shyam Sunder Mehndiratta

Shyam S Mehndiratta is an engineer with post-graduation from IIT Roorkee. He has more than 20 years of experience in ‘Procurement and Contract Management for the public sector at the central, state, and local government levels in India and South Asia. 

He is associated with Asian Development Bank (ADB) since 2010 and presently working as Senior Procurement Officer at Indian Resident Mission (INRM) of ADB in New Delhi. Previously he has also been associated with World Bank and DFID.

Bisma Husen

Bisma Husen is a  Principal Procurement Specialist of ADB and has been assigned to support ADB operations in India since 2007. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri Science and Technology, USA and an MBA in Finance from Monash University. He has worked with the World Bank, the Islamic Development Bank, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in procurement for more than 20 years.
