Roberto Leva is a newest addition to the Trade Finance team at ADB in Manila, Philippines, reporting to Steven Beck, moving from his previous position in the J.P.Morgan trade finance team in London. Roberto is relationship manager in the Trade and Supply Chain Finance program, covering Bhutan, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nepal,and Sri Lanka.

In 2021, Hannah Nguyen joined the Digital Standards Initiative with special focus on engaging industry participants, standards developing organizations, solution providers, governments and intergovernmental organizations to coordinate standardization efforts across the ecosystem.

Carine has been with ADB for about 2 years, and is responsible for private sector investments in the food and agribusiness sector in Indonesia and the Pacific region. Prior to ADB, she worked at IFC, covering Western and Central Africa. Carine spent about 8 years in investment banking in London and New York, working for Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan in structured finance. Carine holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris (France).

Glen Harris has spent a majority of his career based in the Middle East directing mega (USD Billion+) projects and programs for both the public and private sectors. More recently he was the project director for Northrop Grumman’s military satellite project in Australia.

He currently works with the Asian Development Bank where he is responsible for the procurement of contractors and consultants for all sovereign energy projects.
