Developing member countries of Asian Development Bank (ADB) have expressed the need for better knowledge solutions. ADB is increasingly optimistic about using knowledge partnerships to expand its knowledge base, as well as to boost its operations, through the unlimited possibilities presented by partnering with centers of excellence and the private sector.

This presentation explains the common understandings of what is required of disaster-resilient solutions. What it takes to build potential knowledge partnerships with the private sector and Asian Development Bank's potential role in facilitating these partnerships are also discussed.
