Strategic knowledge partnerships are critical for providing effective solutions to development problems; hence Asian Development Bank (ADB) recognizes the need to expand its knowledge base to better respond to clients’ diverse demands. The private sector, as technology and solution providers, can help ADB become a better knowledge bank, and an honest knowledge broker.
