Therese Karger-Lerchl

Therese Karger-Lerchl manages Vivid’s work on resilient infrastructure for the ADB. She is an economist with extensive experience in infrastructure planning and subnational financing, economic impact assessments, and policy analysis. Her work covers the development of strategic infrastructure plans, with a focus on sustainable and resilient infrastructure services.

Ming Zhao

Ming Zhao has been working on energy-related business for about 20 years, starting as a consultant on environment management systems (EMS) and energy efficiency. After her study in the UK on EMS in 2004, she started focusing on the promotion of the ESCO industry in the People's Republic of China (PRC). She has been working on national policy recommendations involving the national five-year plan for energy efficiency. She is also a visiting researcher at the Berkeley National Lab and KAPSARC in Saudi Arabia, working on policy analysis and ESCO industry research.
