Lee Sangyun is the Vice Administrator of the Public Procurement Agency (PPA) of Korea since August 2022. Prior to PPA, he served as Director General for Planning and Coordination and as Director General for the New Technology and Services Bureau in the Public Procurement Service during the period 2017-2019. He is also a recipient of many awards, most notably the Presidential Citation in 2010 and the Order of Service Merit (Red Stripes) in 2019.

He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Seoul in Korea in 1993.

David Songulashvili has been a member of Parliament for the last seven years and is the current Chairperson, Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee, Parliament of Georgia. He was also chairperson of the Committee of European Integration in 2019-2020. His career in government includes key positions with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable development and the Ministry of Economic Development.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2007.
