Ms.Selina Lekeleka joined Tonga Water Board in 2020 as an Executive Secretary and is now the Customer Service and Debt Collection Manager.  She has extensive experience in resource utilization and general business administration. In her current role she works closely with the Finance Team in collecting revenue.

Mr. Kre has been with Water PNG for the last 15 years attached to Operations Division and now Commercial Division.

His experience encompasses business management, strategic/tactical planning, resource utilization, revenue growth, cost reduction, and general administration of business centers.

Ana is a research and policy analyst with more than a decade’s experience in local-based research across education, community participatory planning, and environment, social and economic impact. With qualifications in Political Science, Climate Change and Disaster Management, Ana uses her skills in aerial and spatial planning, mapping and analysis to support her field work and projects.

Quddus has over 35 years of experience in the water sector and is the Deputy CEO (Engineering Manager) of the Tonga Water Board. He oversees the operations of the TWB Engineering Divisions and ensures that water infrastructure assets are planned, operated, and managed, for the present and future generations of Tonga.

Raghava is a Senior Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist with the World Bank. He has over 20 years of experience in urban and rural water supply, natural disaster risk mitigation and urban infrastructure. Based in Fiji, Raghava is working on the World Bank's recently approved South Tarawa Sanitation Project in Kiribati.
