Sharon Lesa is the Wastewater Engineer for the Samoa Water Authority (SWA). Sharon’s time at SWA is mostly spent on water and wastewater projects ranging from design, planning, process control, and smart systems to improve service delivery. Sharon graduated from the University of Sydney with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (Hons).

Michelle Maelaua

Michelle Maelaua is Solomon Water's Head of Corporate Services. She joined Solomon Water in 2018 as a communications coordinator and took up Head of Corporate Service in 2020.  

Michelle has over ten years of experience in human resources management having worked in a number of Solomon Islands Government Ministries and Telecommunication Company – Bmobile Limited before joining Solomon Water. 

Manasa Tusulu

Manasa Tusulu is the Manager of the Strategic Planning Unit and also the Executive Officer in the Institutional Reform Unit. He joined the Water Authority of Fiji in 2012 and has over 9 years of experience working in the water sector. He is today leading a team of in-house business analysts and also working with 11 specialists from SMEC towards enhancing and building capacity within WAF in various key areas such as NRW, Liquid Tradewaste, Demand Management, Catchment Management, etc.
