Ms. Angel FM CHAN is the Assistant Chief Executive of the Christian Family Service Centre (CFSC). Prior to taking up the corporate management role in a multi-social service organisation in Hong Kong, her roles spanned over elderly care, primary health care, and community development services. Ms. Chan has been working in the aged care services for more than 20 years, specialising in developing innovative services/products for the people over 50 years of age through different methodologies, like design thinking and life design for the third age.

She is currently the Executive Director of the ACDC (Shaanxi), responsible for the daily management and operation. At the same time, she is also the Deputy Director of the Special Committee for Elderly Social Work of Shaanxi Social Work Association and the Deputy Director of the Incubation Base of Shaanxi Basic-level Elderly Association. She has plentiful experience in project design, management, training, monitoring, supervision and evaluation in the fields of rural community development, disaster management, child development, and elderly development.
