This presentation also focuses on Keeping Our Roads Open, a project of New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA)’s resilience project. NZTA, a member of NZLC, aims to improve the experiences that people have on state highways, and to ensure that the state highway network is resilient.

Roger Fairclough

Roger Fairclough has 40 years of experience in infrastructure design, construction and government policy. This includes being a member of the Expert Panel for the National Climate Change Risk Assessment Framework for New Zealand, working for the National Infrastructure Unit within New Zealand Treasury, and being Chair of the New Zealand Lifelines (Utilities) Council.
