Roger Fairclough

Roger Fairclough has 40 years of experience in infrastructure design, construction and government policy. This includes being a member of the Expert Panel for the National Climate Change Risk Assessment Framework for New Zealand, working for the National Infrastructure Unit within New Zealand Treasury, and being Chair of the New Zealand Lifelines (Utilities) Council. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
