Sitora is the Chief Specialist in the Dept. of International Relations, Avloniy Institute, Uzbekistan. She is an experienced Head Of Department with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. 

She is also skilled in Intercultural Communication, Analytical Skills, Foreign Languages, Event Management, and Public Speaking. She has a strong education from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
