Dr. Markus Wächter is the Managing Director of TUM Asia, the subsidiary of the Technische Universität München (Technical University of Munich, TUM) in Singapore. Dr. Wächter has over 15 years of experience heading the institute, which was set up as the first German academic venture abroad in 2002. Dr. Wächter himself is an alumnus of the TUM, where he completed his degree in Mathematics with a subsidiary in Physics and subsequently received his Doctoral degree in Engineering from the Technische Universität München (TUM) in 2004.

Dr. Mika Luimula is working as a Principal Lecturer in game development for Turku University of Applied Sciences. He also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Turku. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Processing Sciences and an MSc in Mathematics. Dr. Luimula is a Research Group Leader of Futuristic Interactive Technologies and is leading game development R&D activities in Turku Game Lab. His research interests include game development, gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality, serious games, health informatics, and location-aware systems.

An enthusiastic, driven thinker with a global perspective and diversified international work experience covering emerging technology, digitalization of learning solutions, management system certification, product certification, and training, across 25 countries. His focus on breaking down fundamental constraints by applying technology in innovative ways has led him to create a blockchain-powered educational platform, bridging the gap between 'New Economy' skills and employment prospects.

Jieying is a lecturer in the manufacturing cluster in the School of Engineering, College Central. She graduated from Nanyang Technological University with an Honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining ITE, she worked for Shimano Singapore in the Quality Department, responsible for the bicycle shifters product line and ensuring compliance to standardized practices. She further applied her skill and experience in the Smart Manufacturing Hub as she takes on the role of the Quality Control Manager.
