Dorothee Anne Schmid

In her current role in Lincoln Electric, Dorothee Schmid is responsible for implementing the international education strategy and developing key partnerships that will grow the educational collaboration with key leaders, government and skills organizations. In 2020, Dorothee was officially appointed as the Chair of the Working Group on Regional Activities at the International Institute of Welding. Dorothee holds a BA degree in International Hotel Management and Administration (CCI).

 

Ramhari Lamichhane

Dr. Ramhari Lamichhane is the first Nepali and the 11th Director General of the Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC). He is also the concurrent President of the Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC).

He has 30 years of experience in TVET starting as an instructor, up to becoming the CEO of Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) in Nepal. He served as Project Manager in ADB projects, Program Coordinator in Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) funded projects, and a key member in formulating the TVET Policy of Nepal in 2007 and 2012.

Ethel Agnes Pascua-Valenzuela

Dr. Ethel Agnes Pascua-Valenzuela is presently the Director of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Secretariat, the 18th SEAMES Director and the first female Director since SEAMEO was organized in 1965. She served as the first female Deputy Director for Programme and Development of SEAMEO Secretariat from July 2015 to March 2019 and head of the SEAMEO INNOTECH Research Studies Unit.
