Young-Tae Kim

Dr. Young-Tae Kim is Associate Vice President of the Institute for Startup KAIST. Before he joined KAIST, he was Director-General of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in the Republic of Korea and He worked in the government for 20 years. He contributed with his specialty to improve the innovation in SMEs and establish a better environment to sustain SME's business. He studied at Seoul National University for his Bachelor’s degree and finished his doctoral degree in Soongsil University with Venture Financing study.

 

 

 

 

 

Chutima Waisarayutt

Chutima Waisarayutt has graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. She started her career in the field of Agricultural and Food Safety and Quality Management in Supply Chain with risk management principles. Since 2014, She has extended her working scope from supply to consumer and marketing direction. She has integrated the concept of innovation to create a value chain from agricultural to food business.

Samantha O’Riordan

Samantha O’Riordan is the Giga Program Officer at ITU for the joint ITU and UNICEF Giga initiative, which aims to connect every school to the Internet and every young person to information, opportunity, and choice.

Samantha has worked on multiple information, communications, and technology programs in the private sector and the UN.  Prior to joining ITU Samantha worked at the GSMA, and for multiple European telecommunication operators and service providers.

Ms. O’Riordan holds a Masters in International Business and a BSc in International Business with French.
