Dr. Heiko Aydt is the founder and head of the Digital Twin Lab at the Singapore-ETH Centre. His focus is developing digital twin infrastructure technology and applications and offering related services for the onboarding and operations of computational models. Since 2017, he has been a lead investigator for Cooling Singapore, where he leads the research and development of a Digital Urban Climate Twin of Singapore. Dr. Heiko Aydt is a computational scientist with expertise in modeling and simulation as well as computer science, focused on software engineering of distributed systems.

Agnes is a Governing Board member of the Climate Governance Initiative (advocating the eight principles established by the World Economic Forum in 2019), mobilizing board directors worldwide to take climate action. She is a frequent speaker, author, and university professor, serving various governance and risk institutes and her family offices. Her board training in sustainability and governance spans five continents. Her PhD (2022) research unveils the investing behavior of global asset owners and managers towards carbon risks.

Gareth Tan is Partnerships Lead for the Asia-Pacific region at the Digital Prosperity for Asia (DPA) Coalition, which aims to promote greater awareness of digital regulations among Asia’s small businesses and startups and provide a platform for them to engage with governments. Gareth is also a Senior Associate Director at APCO Worldwide’s Singapore office, where he leads its technology practice and advises clients on technology policy issues. In his past lives, Gareth advised on technology policy at Access Partnership.

Raul Katz is president of Telecom Advisory Services (www.teleadvs.com), which advises private and public sector organizations in strategy, regulation, and business development. He is also Director of Business Strategy Research at the Columbia Institute for Tele-Information at the Columbia Business School in New York, where he has taught courses in digital strategy. In 2004, Dr. Katz retired as a Lead Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was a member of the firm’s Leadership Team and Head of the US and Latin America Telecom practice.

Masatake (Masa) Yamamichi is a Digital Technology Specialist at ADB's Digital Technology for Development Division, Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department. He is responsible for cybersecurity and privacy agendas. With the broad expertise and operational experience, he also provides assistance to other digital-related agendas.
