Dr. Si is the Team Leader for NCD prevention and control program in the Pacific Community (SPC), the intergovernmental organisation that provides technical support for the development in the Pacific region. He is a medical doctor (MBBS) with MPH and PhD from the University of Sydney, Australia. In his current role, he provides leadership and technical oversight of SPC’s NCD program support for 22 Pacific Island countries.

Experienced doctor with Indian Air Force since 1986, with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Healthcare Consulting, Strategic Planning, Research, HR Management, and Hospital Operations. Having experience of over 35 years in medical administration and recognized for devotion to duty of high order in the health care sector, recipient of the presidential award of Vishisht Seva Medal in 2016. Core strength being hospital administration and Human Resource management.

Dr. Md. Robed Amin, M.B.B.S, FCPS is presently the Professor of Medicine, Line Director of Non-Communicable Disease Control Program (NCDC), Directorate General of Health Service (DGHS) of Bangladesh. He earlier served as Assistant Prof, Associate Prof and Professor of Medicine in Dhaka Medical College between 2008-2021.

Dr. Priyanka Bajaj works as a specialist in Health Technology Innovations at PATH. She supports and advises on technical, clinical, regulatory, and market access aspects of emerging health technologies to innovators and stakeholders that are key to scale-up and adoption in the health systems.
