He leads deployment of AI-driven medical technologies across China, focusing on integration of AI into medical equipment and healthcare systems. His expertise spans practical implementation of AI solutions in real-world clinical environments.

Dr. Ricardo Baptista Leite is CEO of HealthAI, the Global Agency for Responsible AI in Health, where he leads global efforts to establish responsible AI frameworks in healthcare. A medical doctor and former 4 term Member of Parliament in Portugal, he brings unique expertise in health policy and AI governance to bridge clinical practice with regulatory frameworks. He is also founder & president of the UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health, a network of more than 500 legislators from 120 countries across the globe.

Jing Ma is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the Tsinghua University Medical School, an Executive Director in Center for Physicians Scientist Development (CPSD), Tsinghua Medical School, Deputy Director in Life Course Health Committee, China Maternal and Child Health Association and a Consultant in Women & Children Health Promotion Committee.

Her research includes Cancer biomarkers and etiology, prevention, screening, treatment and prognosis, with personalized and systematic approach, with over ten million US dollars NIH funding and more than 250 publications.

His translational research has led to breakthrough technologies including the FDA-cleared Anatomic Aligner planning software, fundamentally changing surgical standards of care.

Her primary focus is on generating positive social impact through strategic healthcare investments, specifically targeting improvements in healthcare accessibility, affordability, and quality of care.

In her role at abc Impact, May has successfully led healthcare investments across key Asian markets, including dental care, rehabilitation care, behavioural therapy for children with autism, clinical CRO, pharma distribution and medtech across Southeast Asia, China and India.
