Mr. Rachman Arief Dienaputra was born on June 27, 1966. He graduated as a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Geodetic Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and completed his Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Transport and System Engineering, at UNSECO-IHE in 1999. Currently, he serves as Director for Budget Planning and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Indonesia.

Mr. Ali Jamil was born in Siabu, August 30, 1965. He has completed his Bachelor's and Master in Agriculture in North Sumatra and also has completed his Doctoral in Soil Science/Plant Physiology from the University of the Philippines at Los Banos (UPLB), the Philippines in 2006.

Laksmi Dhewanthi is a government official with more than 25 years of experience in the field of environment and sustainable development. She is currently a Senior Advisor to the Minister on Industry and International Trade, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia.
