He has over 18 years of professional experience in energy infrastructure finance, power sector reforms, energy technologies, and green growth, working across the Asia Pacific region. His area of expertise is policy advisory, strategy and planning, and implementation of energy sector programs. He is currently the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) for DFID’s energy sector programs.
