Leah Gutierrez

Ms. Leah Gutierrez is the Director General of the Pacific Department (PARD) at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, Philippines. Ms. Gutierrez is a national of the Philippines. She holds a doctorate degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, USA and a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of the Philippines. Ms. Gutierrez has more than 33 years of professional experience with 19 years at ADB. She is an economist with social sector experience in both project operations and policy research.

Hans Christiansen

Mr. Hans Christiansen is a Senior Economist in the OECD Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance Division. He joined the Division after previous postings in the OECD Investment Division, Financial Affairs Division, and the Economics Directorate. Prior to joining OECD, he worked for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Switzerland. Mr. Christiansen currently acts as the secretary to the OECD Working Party on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices, which is the custodian of the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of SOEs.

Dilip Mookherjee

Dilip Mookherjee is Professor of Economics and Director, Institute for Economic Development at Boston University. He received his PhD from the London School of Economics in 1982 and has previously taught at Stanford University and the Indian Statistical Institute. His research interests include development economics, contract,and organization theory. Most of his work on development economics focuses on Bangladesh, India, Nepal, and China, on topics such as agricultural development, financial inclusion, supply chain intermediaries, entrepreneurship, and governance.
