Mr. M. Denny Silaban is an Air Quality Expert currently acting as the Director of Air Pollution Management and Protection at the Ministry of Environment (MoE), Indonesia. He has extensive experience in air pollution control, particularly in developing policies and regulatory frameworks for industrial emission management. His work focuses on strengthening air quality governance, advancing emission reduction strategies, and supporting the implementation of effective air pollution control measures.

Nguyen Truong Huynh is the Vice Deputy of the Northern Center for Environmental Monitoring (NCEM) in Viet Nam, where he oversees environmental monitoring programs and assessment initiatives across the northern region. In this role, he supports the implementation of national strategies on environmental protection, ensuring the collection, analysis, and reporting of high-quality environmental data to inform policy and decision-making.

Firdha Laila Amalia is a Program Officer at the Resilience Development Initiative, where she contributes to initiatives focused on sustainable development and environmental resilience. She holds a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, specializing in pollution control and prevention technologies. Her academic background has shaped her strong interest in clean water and wastewater treatment, advanced treatment systems, sustainability, and renewable energy solutions.

Lingzhi Jin is a senior researcher and project manager at the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT). She leads research that assesses and projects the emissions, climate, and health impacts of transport policies - translating technical evidence into actionable insights for policymakers and stakeholders. Her work has supported policies advancing decarbonization, electrification, and clean air at national and city levels across Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Africa.

Suhaylo Gharibova is an enthusiastic Environmental Specialist with a background in Earth and Environmental Sciences, she brings a strong academic foundation to the field of disaster resilience. Currently she is working on the National Disaster Risk Management Project (Additional Financing), an ADB-funded project focused on strengthening institutional capacities and infrastructure against climate-related hazards. She is passionate about climate change adaptation, resilient urban development, and finding practical solutions to reduce environmental challenges.

Erick Sarut serves as Senior Climate Change Officer at ADB’s Port Moresby Resident Mission, where he leads strategic engagement on climate resilience, adaptation financing, and institutional capacity building in Papua New Guinea. Prior to joining ADB, Erick worked for over 12 years with the Government of Papua New Guinea through the Climate Change and Development Authority (CCDA). His tenure at CCDA involved leading and supporting a wide range of national and regional climate initiatives, including policy development, program implementation, and multilateral negotiations.

Lukas Rüttinger is a Senior Advisor at adelphi with over 14 years of expertise at the intersection of climate change, environment, conflict and fragility. As a pioneer in climate-security risk assessment, he has developed innovative approaches spanning global, regional and local scales for leading organisations including the UN, OSCE, European Commission, and African Union.
