Nguyen Truong Huynh

Nguyen Truong Huynh is the Vice Deputy of the Northern Center for Environmental Monitoring (NCEM) in Viet Nam, where he oversees environmental monitoring programs and assessment initiatives across the northern region. In this role, he supports the implementation of national strategies on environmental protection, ensuring the collection, analysis, and reporting of high-quality environmental data to inform policy and decision-making.

With extensive experience in environmental monitoring and data analysis, he specializes in water quality assessment, air pollution control, and environmental impact evaluation. He has contributed to the development of monitoring frameworks and the implementation of projects aimed at strengthening environmental management systems and promoting sustainable development in Viet Nam.
