Kieran Travers

Keiran Travers has over 20 years’ experience in resource recovery and waste management with a background in both the public and private sector. Keiran has held senior positions in local government and major waste management contractors, managing national waste management consultancies. He has employment experience in both waste consultancies and waste contractors.  He has previously been the site manager of waste transfer stations.

Bakhadur Paluaniyazov

Since April 2020, works as a Head of the Environment and Climate Action Cluster of UNDP in Uzbekistan: responsible for programming UNDP initiatives in areas of Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation, Nature Resource Management (including Biodiversity conservation, Agriculture), Disaster Risk Reduction and the Aral Sea environmental crisis. Prior to this assignment, Bakhadur  managed UNDP lead UN Joint Programmes in the Aral Sea region and made substantive inputs in the establishment of the Multi-Partner Human Security Trust Fund for the Aral Sea region.
