Bakhadur Paluaniyazov

Since April 2020, works as a Head of the Environment and Climate Action Cluster of UNDP in Uzbekistan: responsible for programming UNDP initiatives in areas of Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation, Nature Resource Management (including Biodiversity conservation, Agriculture), Disaster Risk Reduction and the Aral Sea environmental crisis. Prior to this assignment, Bakhadur  managed UNDP lead UN Joint Programmes in the Aral Sea region and made substantive inputs in the establishment of the Multi-Partner Human Security Trust Fund for the Aral Sea region.

David Fairman is Managing Director at the Consensus Building Institute and Associate Director of the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program. For 28 years, he has built consensus and enhanced collaboration capacity on complex public and organizational issues internationally and in the U.S. His primary focus is building effective multi-stakeholder partnerships, organizational strategies, and dispute resolution systems to meet the challenges of sustainable development.
