Melody F. Ovenden

Melody’s focus is on coordinating initiatives anchored to the Healthy Oceans Program and promoting a One ADB approach to the Healthy Oceans Implementation Plan. This involves the consolidation of what has been achieved to date and the expansion of ADB’s regional and global leadership position and investments in ocean health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marine biology from James Cook University, Australia and a Master of Science in oceanography from Southampton University, School of Ocean and Earth Science, U.K.

Genevieve Mary O'Farrell

Genevieve O’Farrell has close to 20 years of experience working on environmental assessment and management of development projects, sustainability appraisal, climate risk management, capacity building, and delivery of country-orientated solutions for diverse clients across a range of sectors.  She has worked for ADB for 8 years.  Genevieve joined ADB Cambodia Resident Mission (CARM) at the end of 2016. She manages the CARM Gender and Safeguards Team and is responsible for environmental safeguards for Cambodia and Lao PDR portfolios.
