Sergei Popov is ADB's Principal Environment Specialist. Prior to joining ADB, he was an Environment (water and sanitation) specialist, ECA region in World Bank. 

Hiroaki Yamaguchi has 25-year experience of in relevant professional works in transport policy/planning and engineering both in public and private sectors, including 17 years with ADB in South and Southeast Asian countries. 

Hanna graduated from CSF's Economic Tools for Conservation course in 2009. Prior to ADB, she worked on climate and forest conservation at the Inter-American Development Bank.
 

Ryutaro Takaku is a Principal Water Resources Specialist in Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture Division, Southeast Asia Department, Asian Development Bank. 

Vidya Soundarajan has more than 2 decades of experience in the fields of sustainable development, climate change, public policy, development fund management, and large-scale adaptation programmes. She is the former India Programme Head of Oxford Policy Management and Senior Regional Advisor for Climate Change and Energy of the British High Commission.

Donna Mayor-Gordove has extensive experience in government administration. She has a bachelor’s degree in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University and a master's degree in Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines.

As a member of the policy and engagement team at the Paul Ramsay Foundation, Alex Fischer leads programs related to thought leadership and strategic research to discover new ideas and integrate learnings into the Foundation’s projects and partnerships. He also works with a cross-Foundation team on the development of a Data Futures initiative. His work seeks to make cycles of advantage and disadvantage visible in new ways and to amplify the Foundation’s and our partners’ ideas of how to overcome complex barriers and enable greater opportunities.

Eva Abal is also an Associate Professor at the University of Queensland, Chief Scientific Officer at the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Chief Scientist at the International WaterCentre, and Convenor at the SEQ Science Integration Panel. She has a PhD in Botany from the University of Queensland.

Marco Silvestri is currently the Deputy Head of the Center for Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization (CSAM) of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), where he has worked since 2019, mainly on regional standards for testing of agricultural machinery, integrated management of crop residue, climate-smart mechanization solutions, gender mainstreaming and collaboration with other UN agencies in the UN Country Team in China, among others.
