Meghana is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer with Masters in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management. She has played an important role in the development of Demand Side Management Action Plans for various distribution companies such as MESCOM and JUSCO, where extensive studies on Ag-DSM and water-energy nexus were carried out. She has trained over 860 officials of about six utilities in Southern India.

Mr. Lalit Kumar Wasan serves as Head of Department (Power System control) at Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited [TPDDL]. He has over twenty years’ experience in the power sector, focusing on power system control, real-time power management through conventional and renewable resources, operations, AMR & Energy Audit, including implementation of ERP systems in TPDDL for better process management & resource optimization. He is a professionally trained Electrical Engineer with Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He is also a certified SAP solution consultant.

Heruka is the Project Director at Bhutan Power Corporation where he designs, develops,s and conducts training and refresher courses for engineers and technicians.
