Isagani Soriano has a vast experience in energy efficiency standards and labeling (EES&L) programs for various energy-consuming products. For more than 25 years he is involved in the development and enhancement of policies on EES&L program, development of standards and test method, and formulation of implementing guidelines. He also develops, designs, implements and evaluates various projects on the improvement of efficiency of energy-consuming products.
