Aleandre is currently the Regional Program Manager for Microsoft Philanthropies, covering 18 markets in Asia. She has been with Microsoft for the past 3 years managing the Digital Skills program, a global initiative to increase access for all youth to learn computer science, empowering them to achieve more for themselves, their families, and their communities.
