Vince is a development professional with 20 years of experience working with INGOs, MDBs/IFIs, consulting firms, and the academe in cross-cutting themes and issues. He looks after the long-standing partnership between the ADB and WWF by serving as the focal point for the continuous development, facilitation and coordination of the WWF network's strategic collaboration with the ADB. 

Misako is Senior Researcher at the Earth Observation Research Center (EORC), Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). She received bachelor's degree in Earth and Planetary Physics in 1993 from the Hokkaido University and M.S. in Earth and Planetary Science in 1995 from the University of Tokyo, Japan.

Joe Fagan is an e-procurement consultant for the ADB and WB assisting with their efforts in the assessment, development, implementation, and promotion of electronic procurement systems. Mr. Fagan was one of the contributing authors of the ADB e-GP Handbook and the World Bank Global Public Procurement Stocktaking initiative and MAPS assessments in China, the Philippines, and Indonesia.

Gunakar Bhatta is associated with Nepal Rastra Bank as the Executive Director. He has worked at the Central Bank of Nepal for more than two decades and has played lead role on formulating monetary policy and financial sector policy. Dr. Bhatta has represented Nepal in various international forums and has also been contributing to academics and research through his research on finance, economics and development. He has also served to the Revenue Advisory Board of the Ministry of Finance, Government of Nepal.
