Mr. Hyungkeun Lee is a partner at Yulchon LLC. He practices primarily in the areas of international arbitration (both commercial and treaty), cross-border litigation, economic sanctions and outbound investment matters. Before joining Yulchon LLC in 2008, he worked for the Korean Ministry of Justice where he focused on the matters relating to international investment disputes, trade and investment agreements, private international law and legal market opening.

Mr. William B. Panlilio is an associate in the Singapore office of the international law firm King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Trial & Global Disputes practice, with a focus on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. He represents clients in the energy, infrastructure, construction and mining sectors, and in arbitrations involving states and state-owned or affiliated entities.
