Now, SMEs face the added challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic and technology disruptions. But the crisis may offer an opportunity for SMEs to enter new areas and disrupt existing business models. For example, there are lot of potential in remote working, fintech, education and health. SMEs may be better at spotting these opportunities and taking advantage of them.
