Dongmei Guo

Dongmei Guo, Environment Specialist, Environment, Natural Resources & Agriculture Division, East Asia Department, Asian Development Bank (ADB). She has worked on the environment and climate change as a staff in early 2021 and as a secondee from the mid of 2018. Before ADB, she was a China State Council Expert with Special Allowance and director/chief in centers of MEE-PRC. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Human Geography, a master's degree in Climate Change and Water Resources, and a bachelor’s degree in Geography.

Vinayagan Dharmarajah

Vina is the Regional Director (Asia) of BirdLife International and has been in post since January 2017. BirdLife International is a Partnership of about 120 local organizations globally and supports conservation in 15 countries in Asia. Prior to joining BirdLife, Vina worked for the business school INSEAD for almost 6 years as its Legal Counsel in Asia. He has a Bachelors (LL.B. Hons) degree in law from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom, a BA.

Jacobus Veerman

Jacob Veerman is a national of the Netherlands. He is an internationally experienced diplomat specializing in economic and strategic development, change, and project management. Jacob has a broad knowledge and experience in the field of water management and infrastructure. He completed his master’s degree in social-economic history at Amsterdam University in 1992. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in education: history and geography.

Na Won Kim

Nawon has almost 20 years’ experience in sustainable development, sustainable production and consumption, system innovation, climate change, and environmental policy and governance.  Currently focusing on low carbon city development, Nawon promotes systems-thinking, integrated solutions, collaborative and coherent climate actions in various sectors, preventive approach to enhance resilience and active governance.
