Bi Lei

Mr. Bilei, Ph.D. from Tsinghua University, is in charge of green, low-carbon, and circular development and the control of greenhouse gas emissions. During the past years, Mr. Bi has been working on establishing the local carbon emission trade system of Shenyang city, planning major low-carbon projects, and researching the green finance system. Mr. Bi has organized twice Shenyang Energy Consumption and Carbon Emission Management International Forum in 2013 and 2016.

Steven Goldfinch

Steven supports developing countries across Asia and the Pacific build climate and disaster resilience, recover from disasters, and find solutions to better reduce and manage disaster risk. Prior to joining the Asian Development Bank, Steven worked for over a decade at the United Nations, both in the field with the UN Development Programme (UNDP) and at headquarters in New York with the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). He holds a master’s degree in peace and conflict studies from the University of Sydney, and a bachelor’s degree in Asian studies and political science.

Jiangning Sun

Sun Jiangning is a senior urban planner. He is graduated from the Department of Urban Planning, Tongji University, with a master’s degree. As a member of the Board of Directors and Urban Renewal Committee of China Urban Science Research Association, he is currently the Director of Livable Center of China Eco-city Research Institute. Over the years, he has devoted himself to the planning practice and technological research and development of eco-cities. His scientific research achievements have been awarded many times at the provincial and ministerial levels for outstanding achievements.
