Saijai Liangpunsakul

Saijai Liangpunsakul is the Founder and CEO of Stop Online Harm, a women-led organization ending technology-facilitated gender-based violence across Southeast Asia. The initiative, the Online Ambulance, has supported over 800 survivors and reached more than 7 million people. Saijai works at the intersection of human rights and technology and is a Harvard Ash Democracy Fellow.

Michelle Ann Ramirez

Mitch provides strategic operational support and innovation, particularly for SARD, and serves as the NGOC’s focal knowledge products and services. Prior to joining NGOC, Mitch served as an ADB consultant to design and implement capacity development initiatives on knowledge management and Futures Thinking and Foresight for RMs and DMCs.  Mitch has almost two decades of experience in policy, KM, capacity development, and CSO engagement, especially in fragile and conflict-affected areas.
