Prior to joining NGOC, Mitch served as an ADB consultant to design and implement capacity development initiatives on knowledge management and Futures Thinking and Foresight for RMs and DMCs.  Mitch has almost two decades of experience in policy, KM, capacity development, and CSO engagement, especially in fragile and conflict-affected areas.

Applying Integrity Tools for Water and Sanitation: Experiences from Bangladesh

This presentation discussed some insights from two Water Integrity Network projects: the Application of Annotated Water Integrity Scan (AWIS) for assessing and advocating for integrity in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) in schools; and the Integrity Management Toolbox for strengthening integrity in water utilities and for change management.

Communication strategies were customized for ethnic minorities with histories of opposition and mistrust of development programs.
