Mr. Amit Datta Roy has more than 12 years of experience in working with multilateral and bi-lateral development partners like the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the World Bank (WB), the GIZ, the JICA, the AFD, etc. He has a track record of working in 10 developing countries across South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Pacific and Middle East. His current role involves processing new project and administering projects from the urban sector. Amit has a Bachelor’s in Urban and Regional Planning (BURP) and a Master’s in Busisness Administration (MBA).

Mr. Mamun, an Urban Specialist, joined BRM at ADB on December 1, 2021. He is a development professional with a mix of skills in project processing and administration, management, and technological innovation. He has a total of 20 years’ experience in development operations within the international finance institute, UN, international NGO in Bangladesh and Bhutan. His expertise includes urban infrastructure & development, water and sanitation, energy, affordable housing and climate change, and its policy interventions. 

Mr. Amrita Das is Project Officer of Transport Sector in ADB and currently managing transport sector of Bangladesh Resident Mission—with a portfolio of over $3 billion. Mr. Das has over 15 years of experience in public sector including ADB on Transport sector development, project processing and administration.

Mr. Bidyut Kumar Saha possesses over twenty years of experience in investment and development sectors in Bangladesh. He started his career as senior analyst at Equity Valuation Research and Distribution Limited, a merchant bank. Later he joined IDLC Finance Limited, the largest non-bank financial institution in Bangladesh, and headed corporate finance and investment banking operations. He also headed the risk analysis unit and cash management department at the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Bangladesh.
