Ms. Elodie VITALIS is a graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux and holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs (2006). She is currently the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) Group Representative to Fiji (AFD/Expertise France). She joined AFD headquarters in Paris in 2013 as a policy officer for agriculture and biodiversity, then for AFD's operational activities related to climate finance and financial systems.

Waisea has been with the Ministry of Finance in Fiji for more than 10 years.

As an Officer at ICE - Agency for the Promotion and Internationalization of Italian Companies since 2022, Mr. Stefano Cristaldi’s focus has been dedicated to spearheading the creation of training initiatives tailored for both Italian and international firms. These programs are designed to enhance export competencies. Presently, he serves as the Project Manager at the Business Training Office, overseeing international and on-demand training programs at the ITA Office in Rome. Prior to his tenure here, Mr.
