The MLCP is a suite of data-driven digital tools that will allow government agencies to collaborate and prioritize investments to pursue smart interventions using an informed, evidence-based approach. The Plan considers a holistic examination of the city’s needs and challenges, as well as the views of citizens, putting forth a strategic framework for smart urban development.
