Smart City Innovation Framework and Investment Portfolio for Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor - Inception Report

The inception report for the Smart City Innovation Framework and Investment Portfolio project outlines the objectives of the AASCTF's pilot project in the EEC and lays out the different workstreams under the project. The project focuses on creating an assessment methodology for prioritizing investments in infrastructure assets that will assist in the delivery of EEC’s development plan, and to access broad/international financial markets and investment vehicles. The project will also establish a framework for a Smart Innovation Ecosystem by identifying needed institutions and elements, and establishing the needs and initial requirements for an Innovation- and Open Data Platform to accelerate innovation in the EEC area.
