Prior to his position at APCC, Dr. Chung was the Dean of the Korea Development Institute (KDI) School. He worked at the Korea Development Institute as a Senior Research Fellow for 22 years since 1972. He also served as Deputy and Vice Minister at the Korean Ministry of Environment.
